As well as providing the most exceptional flowers on line in the UK, we firmly believe that our presentation is the finishing touch. All our bouquets are beautifully presented within luxurious colour co-ordinated wrapping with a hand-written message card and delivered direct to the door.
Same day delivery is offered to addresses within Northamptonshire only. Orders for same day delivery should be placed by 3pm*. If ordering after 3pm please ring the flower line on 01604 644158 to check availabililty.
Next day flower delivery throughout the UK is offered by our designated courier. Orders for UK addresses should be placed by 3 pm for delivery the next day or on a pre-specified date in advance*. Orders received after 3 pm for areas outside Northamptonshire will be processed the next working day for delivery the day after the order is processed. Ie order received after 3 pm on a Tuesday will be processed on the Wednesday for delivery on Thursday.
The standard delivery charge for all orders is £4.99 *
*No deliveries are available on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Standard Delivery
Delivery is charged at a standard rate of £4.99 and will be added to your order as part of the checkout process. Deliveries within the Northamptonshire area are delivered by our driver. Deliveries outside the Northamptonshire area will be sent via courier in our specially designed flower boxes.
You must provide us with full delivery details which must include the recipients name, full address, post code and telephone number.
In the event that the recipient is not in when delivery is attempted we will:
* leave the order in a secure place at the property and leave a card at the delivery address to advise
* leave the order with a neighbour (unless there is a specific request NOT to do so) and leave a card at the delivery address to advise
* if either of the above is not viable we will leave a card at the delivery address to advise of attempted delivery and request contact to arrange re-delivery
In the event of a wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer which results in delayed or non-delivery Scents2U cannot be be held liable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recipient will be present at the delivery address provided and not absent for reasons such as holiday. In the event of non-delivery caused by this event Scents2U will not be liable.
Delivering to business addresses
For deliveries to business addresses we must have the additional information provided as detailed:

* Extension telephone number
For deliveries to larger organisations these are normally left at reception. This being the case Scents2U cannot be held responsible should for any reason the order does not reach the recipient.
Deliveries to Hospitals
As some hospitals do not allow flowers on the wards it is the customers responsibility to check beforehand whether the ward allows flowers. By placing an order you will have checked this and Scents accept no responsibility in the event that the ward does not accept delivery.
